How orders work
From checkout to delivery and completion.
Buying
- Choose a listing and follow checkout.
- Track progress from your Orders area when logged in.
- Confirm delivery when you have received what you paid for.
Selling
Deliver exactly what the buyer purchased and follow any on-screen instructions. If something goes wrong, open a ticket from support tools (when available) or contact support.
